Najmah earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Policy from the College of William & Mary, a Master’s Degree in Adult Learning and Distance Education from the University of Phoenix, and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Public Policy and Administration from the L. Douglas Wilder School of Government and Public Affairs at Virginia Commonwealth University. Najmah founded a nonprofit organization, Prince & Princess, Inc. in 2003. The organization's mission is to cultivate leadership skills for youth who reside in the City of Petersburg, Virginia. Najmah previously worked with the Virginia Community College System as director for Virginia's Workforce Investment Act programs. Additionally, she has served as an adjunct professor at Virginia Commonwealth University’s Wilder School as well as South University Online. Najmah is currently serving as an Associate Professor of Human Services at the University of South Carolina Beaufort.
Paris supports strategic planning processes, including survey data collection and analysis, SWOT and visioning sessions. He is co-lead for corporate grant development and proposal writing/editing. Paris also supports social media campaign design and deployment.
Desiree is currently a junior in college and is close to obtaining a bachelor's in psychology at the University of Indianapolis. She may also pursue her interest interior design and architecture.
She is very happy to be apart of an innovating organization that aims to be of benefit towards the African-American population. She hopes that her contribution will help spark a massive effect towards change within this project and future projects.
